This Payment Policy explains the payment terms applicable to bookings and travel services purchased through Booking Earth.

Payment and Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation or ticket has been issued.

Prices may change due to availability, airline or hotel pricing, exchange rates, taxes, supplier fees, or other factors outside the control of Booking Earth until the booking has been confirmed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be displayed during the booking or payment process and may vary depending on the service, destination, currency, or booking type.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Currency and Additional Charges

Payments will be processed in the currency displayed at the time of booking.

Depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or selected currency, additional charges such as foreign exchange fees, international transaction fees, or bank charges may apply. Such charges are determined by the relevant financial institution and are not controlled by Booking Earth.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes the applicable amount to be charged for the requested booking.

Booking Earth reserves the right to request additional verification when necessary to protect customers and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, rejected, interrupted, or otherwise unsuccessful, the reservation may remain unconfirmed.

Booking Earth is not responsible for changes in price or availability occurring before successful payment and final confirmation.

Booking Confirmation

After successful payment and confirmation by the applicable service provider, customers will receive the relevant booking confirmation, voucher, ticket, or reservation details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all confirmation details immediately and contacting Booking Earth as soon as possible if any information appears incorrect.

Third-Party Supplier Charges

Some travel services are provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, cruise operators, tour providers, and other travel suppliers.

Additional fees imposed directly by these suppliers may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Refunds

Where a booking qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed according to the applicable Booking Earth Refund Policy, as well as any applicable supplier terms and conditions.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, airline, hotel, or other travel service provider.
